What do the Educational Experts say about Jeff's Reading show? We have had many assemblies attempting to fire students up about reading and the MEAP test. I can honestly say that the children were more attentive and intrigued with Jeff than with any of our other assembly attempts. His ability to connect with children while presenting his message is outstanding. His magic skills are fantastic! His understanding of different levels of children is excellent. First, we were very pleased with how he tied all of his Magic to the MEAP test. He pulled teachers and students to participate as well as encouraged children to eat a good breakfast. His show reminded the students of their responsibility involved in taking the test and just how hard the teachers work to prepare them. Jeff also stressed the importance of remembering things learned in previous grades and to do their very best on the test. Finally, he stressed the importance of parent involvement. It was a great program and we know we will have him back next year!
